I will try backing up, then uninstalling everything (steam+cs+registry), then a complete reinstall of steam+cs and see if that makes any difference. I had fps_override 1 and I tried with fps_override 0, but it didn't make a difference. If it is at 0 (aka default) it will reset his fps to the max cap they set it on (101). If you need, reinstall all HL1 game contend, after reinstall CS. *Note I have censured some fields which have no relevance like amx admin passwords (letters and numbers and _) Add custom configurations to the file "userconfig.cfg". This file is overwritten whenever you change your user settings in the game.
